2. Where are your products made?

We work with trusted international suppliers and artisans, carefully selected for their craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We offer worldwide tracked delivery, with estimated times of:

UK & Europe: 7–15 working days

North America: 10–18 working days

Rest of the world: 12–20 working days

(Times may vary based on customs and courier services.)

4. How much is shipping?

We strive to keep shipping as affordable as possible while ensuring fast, tracked delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. All shipping to the UK and USA are free. 

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package door-to-door.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. We offer a 14-day returns policy if you’re not completely satisfied (excluding bespoke/custom-made orders). Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

7. Do you offer installation services?

Currently, LuxxLights provides fixtures only

8. Are your lights dimmable?

Many of our designs come in white/warm light options as well as dimmable versions. Product descriptions will specify this clearly.
